Letter of Enrollment

A letter of enrollment can be provided to students who need to show proof of enrollment for insurance, military id, scholarships etc. Every letter of enrollment will include the following information:

• Student name and social security number
• Number of hours enrolled for the specified semester
• If student is considered full time, half time or less than half time
• Beginning and ending dates of the semester
• Major (if declared)
• School seal/signature

Additional information that can be included if requested:

• GPA
• Expected graduation date
• If any additional information is needed, please specify by writing information on request.

If you are not able to visit the Student Success Office in person to make your request, please download and print out the Enrollment/Intent Letter Request Form then fax the completed form, along with a copy of your photo ID, to (210) 486-4918 or mail it to Northwest Vista College, Attn: Student Success-Transcripts, 3535 N. Ellison Dr., San Antonio, TX 78251-4217.
