Checking Holds
Please check your Web for Student account to see your holds by following these steps:
- Go to Web for Students access page at: http://www.alamo.edu/district/it/webforstudents.html
- Click on Northwest Vista College
- Click on Login to Student Services
- Enter your Student ID and PIN
- Click Registration/Schedule and Select Term to view registration holds
Students may access their unofficial transcripts and grades by logging into student log in. For official transcripts, read the instructions below.
If you would like to request an official
transcript:
- Check to verify that you do not have a transcript holds by logging into Student Login. Your transcript request cannot be processed if you have a transcript hold. You must contact Student Success at 486-4150 or visit the enrollment services counter in Cypress Campus Center for guidance in resolving transcript holds.
- Transcript requests are submitted online. Click here for instructions to REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT ONLINE TO BE MAILED - Do you have an attachment that needs to go with your transcript?
- Click here for instructions on how to submit a TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FOR PICKUP - Transcripts can be picked up at the counter in Cypress Campus Center two business days after transcript request was placed. The Enrollment Services Counter is open: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
- STATUS CHECK: Status of all transcript requests can be viewed by logging into Student Login and clicking on official transcript request
In compliance with FERPA regulations and NVC policy,
transcripts may only be released to the student of
record. Transcripts will not be released to a third
party without an Authorization Form for 3rd party pick-up and a copy of a photo I.D. Such releases are
required for each incident and are subject to review
by Student Success staff.
