Business Scholarship Opportunities:

Gambrinus Scholarship
Deadline:
Scholarship Criteria: Open to all majors. Student must have already graduated with a B or C grade average; must be enrolled full time (at least 12 hours) at any Alamo College and must demonstrate a commitment to pursue a four-year bachelor degree by either participating in the AC 2 + 2 Transfer Program or the AC Joint Admission Program; students must demonstrate financial need.
Please contact NVC Student Financial Services Office to obtain a Gambrinus Scholarship Signature Sheet and a standard AC Scholarship Application, also available online.
Signature Sheet and application must be completed and submitted along with ALL supporting documentation* to the Office of Student Financial Services.
Scholarship Amount: $750 per semester, ($1,500 per year)

Leonard and Shirley Sterling Scholarship
Deadline:
Scholarship Criteria: Established by Mrs. Shirley Sterling, in loving memory of her late husband, Leonard, and her life with him. Open to Business majors. Application to the Alamo Colleges Office of Student Financial Services required. Minimum GPA of 3.5; Demonstrate active community service; Financial need not required; Must be a U.S. citizen and resident; Full time (enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) or Part time (enrolled in 6 to 11 credit hours per semester).
Scholarship Amount: $250 to $750 for full-time students for Fall semester, depending upon clarity of stated goals; renewal $250 to $750 for full- time students for Spring semester if criteria continues to be met; $250 for part-time students.
