Ashley Lynn Degerstrom Scholarship Deadline: Scholarship Criteria: Established in loving memory of Ashley Lynn Degerstrom, a student at Northwest Vista College, by her parents and many friends who always knew her as a kind, compassionate soul. Alamo Colleges application and application to the NVC Office of Student Financial Services required. Open to Northwest Vista College students who have completed one full year of college credit toward a teaching degree, earned a minimum GPA of 3.0, enrolled as a full-time student, participating in either a 2+2 Transfer Program or a Joint Admission Program in pursuit of a baccalaureate degree, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate a commitment to community volunteerism and engagement. In addition, scholarship recipient must receive annual academic and career counseling. Scholarship Amount: $750 for Fall Semester; renewable $750 for Spring Semester if criteria coninues to be met.
