BRING THESE MATERIALS WITH YOU to the Welcome Enrollment Center, Applied Technology Center Rm 220

Transcripts:
New Students - Official High School or GED transcript and any College/Unversity Transcripts if applicable.
Transfer Students - Official transcripts from ALL colleges attended
Former Students - None, your transcripts should be on file unless you attended another college or univerisity since your last attendance at PAC.

Residency:
Driver's license or other proof of residency.

Test Scores:
Bring the following scores that are less than 3 years old: SAT, ACT, TAAS, Accuplacer, ASSET, Nelson-Denny Reading Test.
