Adaptive Equipment
The adaptive equipment is located upstairs, in the information concourse. It is adjacent to the print station, which always has work study students available for help. For additional help, see the reference librarian, the people at
the circulation desk, or the secretary to the Director upstairs.
Currently, the equipment includes a computer, a large screen monitor, a scanner, a printer,
a copier, a CCTV. The computer has the Jaws program and headphone and microphone to
allow auditory prompts for the visually impaired.
If you have needs that are not met by this room, please contact Peggy Buford,
Interim PASS Center Services Supervisor, at the PASS Office at 924-5480, or in the
Palomino Center, room 119.
Visually Impaired Equipment
At this time we have the Jaws program with a headphone and microphone to allow auditory prompts.
We also have a large screen PC. If you are in need of something different, please contact a
reference librarian, or email Colby Glass.
Motor Impaired
At this time we do not have equipment for motor impaired students. We are attempting to get
some equipment from the appropriate departments on campus. If you are in need of something,
please contact a reference librarian, or email Colby Glass.
