Summary

Without a budget or personnel the Children's Library can provide few services or resources. As pointed out by one respondent to the survey, it is difficult for children to locate library materials on their own. A Children's Library Manager and attendants are sorely needed to maximize the use of this facility. In addition, we need to provide outreach to the community. These needs will only increase with the opening of the childcare facility on campus.

The Children's Library Endowment Fund currently only yields ca $500 in interest annually, hardly enough to properly fund the Children's Library.
