Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Services Available in the Ozuna LRC
- If the LRC does not have books or articles you need, the Interlibrary Loan Department may be able to get it for you.
NOTE: You must have no overdue books or outstanding fines from any ACCD library before you can place an interlibrary loan request.
- Check with the Reference Librarian to get a form.
- Fill out the personal information so that we can notify you when your request is ready.
- Fill out the request portion of the form with as much information as possible concerning author, title, and publication information.
- Take the completed form to the Circulation Desk and turn it in.
- If the item is available from one of the other ACCD libraries we can often have the book or article here within 2 days. Remember that just because the catalog says an item is available at another library does not always mean that it is not lost or misplaced.
- If we must borrow the materials from libraries outside the ACCD, it may take several weeks to receive them so be sure to make your requests early.
- When the materials are received, ILL will give you a call and you can pick them up at the Circulation Desk.
- Be sure to return the materials when they are due.
- Remember, you are personally responsible for any lost or damaged materials.
