Introductory RemarksOzuna LRC serves as a basic resource library for community college students and also community residents. A large two-story building, it stands on the northwestern part of campus between the original campus and the gymnasium / natatorium and is easily accessible off Villaret Boulevard. The collection supports the college curriculum and is organized according to the Library of Congress system, which assigns each item a unique call number. All materials on the same subject have similar classification numbers and are shelved together -- there are no separate reference or audiovisual sections -- the circulating books, reference materials, government documents, videotapes, magazines and journals, etc., are all intershelved.
