This page will check your browser for some common issues that cause problems accessing PALS or WebCT.
Hours
Administrative services* are available from:

7 am to 10 pm Monday - Thursday
7 am to 6 pm Friday
8 am to 1 pm Saturday
NOT AVAILABLE - Sunday

*Administrative Services within PALS include: Student registration, financial aid, grades, faculty class lists, grades uploads, employee benefits information, leave balances, etc.

Email and WebCT are available 23 hours a day
The systems are unavailable between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. for a maintenence period.

Username & Password

Your PALS username and password will be the same as your ePortal username and password.

Forgot your PALS (ePortal) username?

  • Click on the PALS webpage for your college (see "Login to PALS" above)
  • Click on “Obtain your PALS login User Name” link.
  • You will be prompted to enter your social security number. Click on the SUBMIT button.
  • Your Password is the same as your ePortal password.

  • Contact Support Central at 220-1616 to reset your password
