TALC Advising Services
Academic Advising services provided by the TALC office ensures that students are identified as the correct major, following the most recent and accurate degree plan, and answer any questions about transferring to a four-year institution. Although the TALC program is a collaborative effort with UTSA, we do see all education majors regardless of their choice of four-year institution. All education majors are strongly encouraged to meet with a representative from the TALC office.
The TALC office houses scholarship information for students. These scholarships include but are not limited to Scholarship Resource Books, Transfer Scholarship, and San Antonio College Scholarships. Education Majors are encouraged to visit the Scholarship Corner in the TALC office.
Teaching Academy Learning Communities is happy to offer advising services to all Education Majors. We will help you determine the right degree plan for you, help you choose your courses, and help you get registered. Please call (210) 733-2009 to set-up an appoitnment or stop by our office at MCCH 233.
