Endowment

This aspect of the Title V grant is to enhance fiscal stability for the institution.

This includes: San Antonio College establishing an Endowment Fund

The endowment fund San Antonio College will be able to better the number of working low-income students who do not qualify for financial aid or qualify for low financial aid.
This endowment fund will improve fiscal capabilities for instructional technology needs.
