Awards Banquet Reservation Form

RETURN TO ACADEMIC DECATHLON

The Awards Banquet will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2009, at 7:45 a.m. for the Small School Division; 10:30 a.m. for the Medium School Division, at the Omni San Antonio hotel. Tickets must be purchased for each attendee. Please indicate below the names of all team members who will attend the banquet. Any guests who would like to attend the banquet must make reservations on this form. Tickets will be assigned with the goal of placing guests as close to their team as possible. ALL seats are reserved first come-first served basis.
