Overview
For an overview of the entire election process, click

There will be a special voting information booth set up at Adjunct day
(April 5th, Loftin). There will be a mock ballot, voting information,
and you'll have the chance to meet current council members.
Nominations
- 2008 nominations run Monday March 3rd through 5pm, Friday March 14th
- You must nominate yourself.
- Find which council position your department falls under here.
- This document contains information about the open slots and length of terms.
- Nominate yourself online or print out this form and turn it in.
- Don't forget to campaign for your slot,
April 1-15th.
Voting
- 2008 voting is scheduled for April 7-16th.
- make sure you know which position you're supposed to vote for--find
your department on the council list, then
click to see what the position number is
- Read all the instructions on this page before logging in to vote.
You can only vote once
- Click here to vote. It should open in a new browser window
- click where it tells you to find your username
- your password is 1111
- click "log in and vote"
- scroll down to your position and click the box next to the appropriate
name
- make sure you only vote for the person running in your position
- add a comment about the voting system, if you'd like
- click "submit vote"
- when your vote is logged in, you will see the confirmation page. After
a few seconds you will be logged out and returned to the login page
Troubleshooting
- If you have trouble logging in, please contact the technology center
at 210-733-2169 during business hours.
- If you have questions about the election, please email the committee.
