Officer Branches

Cadets participate in one or more field training exercises each semester, focusing on tactics, weapons training, survival skills, and leadership techniques. Cadets attend five weeks of paid training at Fort Lewis, WA, the summer between their junior and senior years. After the National Advanced Leadership Camp, cadets may participate in Cadet Troop Leadership Training, where they act as an active duty army officer for 3-4 weeks. Cadets also have the opportunity to attend Army schools during the summer such as Airborne, Air Assault, Northern Warfare, and Mountain Warfare schools.
