Become a Licensed Sales Person

Texas Real Estate Commission Salesperson License Requirements:

  • Three core classes, plus two additional 30–hour courses, for a total of 214 hours of training.
    • real estate hours

  • Sponsoring broker (information available at first class)
  • Pass state exam

Our 214-hour program meets the educational requirements established by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for becoming a licensed real estate agent.
