In my teaching, I try to think beyond single assignments to create an integrated whole. I believe that my class should have a learning trajectory where each assignment builds on the next.
My assignments in English 0301 are carefully crafted to build upon each other from the first Book Project that starts the course to the sequence of essay tasks that focus on one aspect of essay writing at a time.

This set of writing prompts work together to get my English 1301 students started in the class. They end up turning in these as a set.
