Mission and Purpose
Membership
The enCore Consortium seeks members who are willing actively to engage themselves or their Institution in the project. Active participation may include program development; the address of key educational issues; the promotion of enCore use; and the raising of funds for program development, internships, scholarships, and publicity.
Membership would ideally be for not less than six months, but the Consortium recognizes the needs of life outside of enCore and encourages members to negotiate participation as necessary. Initially, membership in the Consortium will be free; the subject of dues for membership will be decided at a later time by the Consortium's Board of Directors.
As a benefit to membership, Consortium participation will allow members to be a part of the energetic development of the enCore Program's future. Members will have a hands-on role in shaping the direction of the program. In addition, the Consortium is a professional organization; a member's participation will have credibility with his or her own professional activities and Institution.
