1st Year Plan

The objectives listed below outline the general goals for the first year of the Consortium. These goals are subject to change and more detailed definition once the Consortium forms and begins its work:

The Formation of the Consortium
This task includes holding the initial Symposium for the enCore Consortium, signing up members, establishing the Consortium as a non-profit organization, and electing the initial group of Directors.

The Promotion of the Consortium
This task includes publicizing the Consortium's activities, continuing to sign up new members, and seeking funding--from grants, institutions, and individuals--to support the Consortium's work

enCore Program Development
The Consortium quickly hopes to identify key development tasks and coordinate individuals or institutions to perform them. Within the first three months, the Consortium hopes to begin offering grants to fund work on the enCore Program.
