COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING AND DESIGN
GENERAL OPTION

Associate Degree Program -- General Option

The General Option gives the students a wide range of experience in most of the design disciplines in which they might find employment. The student who follows this option might find themselves working in any of the eight fields which are represented by the advanced drafting courses. Examples of these include Architectural Drafting, Electronics Drafting, and Civil Engineering Drafting. The graduate of this program will be prepared to work as a designer or drafter in these disciplines using the latest Computer-Aided-Drafting systems as well as using traditional board methods.
