As you have enrolled in the course you should

jphiliprogers@yahoo.com. Be sure to send the message
from the email you intend to use; i.e. do not send your introductory
email from a friend's email. If you plan to use more than one email -
send a separate email message from each one you plan to
use.

There is no
formal orientation for the course. To find out how the
course works, peruse the syllabus
and schedule
pages. Once you have checked these pages out - the course
format should be self-explanatory. However, if you have any questions

Most of Course is NOT on WEBCT - but at this site.
You will NOT need to go through PALS a password/login for all required
parts of this course. We will only use WEBCT (accessed
through PALS) for: posting grades.
All the lectures and all reviews are at this site that you can access
directly on the www.

No PARTICULAR textbooks
required but you will need "relatively recent" (post 2004) college level
American Politics textbook and "relatively recent" college level Texas
Politics textbook. Which particular American and Texas
politics textbooks you use is up to you - any will suffice to prepare
you for the tests.
