NURSING STUDENT POLICY AND RULES

1. The nursing student should informed the I.D. Technician if he or she is a nursing student upon arriving.

2. A nursing student must be doing his or her clinical to get a nursing student identification card.

3. He or she must have a tuition bill marked paid or stamped by the Bursar’s office.

4. The student must also have a form of photo identification.

5. A nursing student will not receive his or her identification card here at the I.D. Center. They are to be picked up at the Nursing Department after 1:30 p.m. on Fridays.

6. The reason a nursing student must get his or her I.D. Card at the Nursing Department is to make sure they are enrolled as a nursing student. That applies to replacement cards also.

7. This information should be send to all nursing instructors to inform them of the policy and rules.

9. Only one card is issued per student.

10. Failure to inform the I.D. Technician that they are a nursing student may result in a five dollar charge.
