NOTICE: Certification Fees
  This training and certification was planned for employees of the San Antonio College.

No fee is charged to employees of the (ACCD) for this "Customer Service Certification ."
  At the time you request certification, you will be required to provide verification of your employment in the ACCD and completion of all requirements.

If you are not an ACCD employee, you may receive this "Customer Service Certification" by paying a fee of $25 per class to the Department of Instructional Technologies.
