Video #1: "The Beauty of Teaching" A 27 minute video that shows how teaching is an extraordinary profession, benefiting young people and enriching society. This motivational program highlights all the reasons the field of education is so important and fulfilling.

Video #2: "Avoiding Burnout" A 33 minute video that provides insights and simple tips for teachers under pressure. Teachers become frustrated and overwhelmed with the stresses and strains of the classroom environment and this video shows how to cope.

Video #3: "Managing Student Conflict" A 34 minute video that examines positive techniques for helping students resolve inter-personal conflicts without hostility or violence. Re-enactments demonstrate how to intervene in potentially volatile situations.

Video #4: "Keeping Control of the Class" A 28 minute video showing experts offering tips for minimizing social talking, keeping students' attention, and maintaining a productive environment. When a class is fully cooperative, teaching is easier!

Video #5: "Constructive Parent Conferences" A 28 minute video that teaches strategies for turning parents into supporters rather than adversaries. Also shows how teachers can present the facts without making parents defensive.
