You can't see the Videos
(because you need a Codec file).

Follow these steps.

If you are at the office you must call the SAC IT to install this on your office computer.

If you are at home, proceed.

Step 1: Open your browser and go to www.techsmith.com

Step 2. Click on the menu "Downloads" and select Video Codecs"
Step 3. You will now click the link seen below "Download TSCC Codec"
Step 4
Re-boot your computer. When you log back in try to see one of the videos. If it doesn't work, call me. 210-733-2188
