This certification is designed for those who want to develop individual or departmental web sites.
It does NOT certify a person to teach on the Internet.
NOTICE:
To reduce confusion in the numbering of Internet Course & Web Developer level I & II
Certification classes, the Web Developer level I & II classes have been changed from
1,2,3, etc. to A, B, C, etc. when listed on the certification sheet and training calendar.

I. Required Courses for Web Developers
It is recommended that courses be taken in the order listed below, but they may be taken in any order.
Date:___________	Bring your "Web Developer Level - I" sheet showing completion of the eight requirements, and we will stamp this item. Level - I is a prerequisite for completion of this certification.

Date:___________	J - CSS Style Sheets for Web Sites
Date:___________	K - Adobe Photoshop I - Introduction ( Prerequisite for E )
Date:___________	L - Adobe Illustrator I - Basics of Vector Graphics
Date:___________	M - Microsoft PowerPoint Converted to Web Pages
Date:___________	N - Macromedia Flash Level III - Interactions
Date:___________	O - Macromedia Flash Level II - Animations or Photoshop ImageAnimated Graphics for the Web Prerequisite Flash I - Intro

II. Certification is contingent upon the construction of a new Web course site incorporating the above training.
Date:___________	R - Demonstrate Ability by Producing a Web Site which incorporates the training listed above.
Be sure to have your instructor stamp the appropriate box, initial, and date it when a course is completed. Courses may possibly be waived if competency is demonstrated. Contact Charlotte Wolf 733-2189 for consideration.

	NOTICE: Certification Fees
	Training & certification is intended for employees of the Alamo Community College District.
1.	No fee is charged to employees of the (ACCD) for this "Web Developer - Level - II."
	When you request certification, you will be required to provide verification of your employment in the ACCD and completion of all requirements.
2.	If you are NOT an ACCD employee, you may receive this "Web Developer - Level - II" training by paying $25 for each of the sessions listed above, at the time you receive the training. Make your check payable to the SAC Department of Instructional Technologies. If paying cash, ask for a receipt.
