ACC Blackboard Vista Resources Website

The first pilot of Blackboard Vista is underway and face to face training in our lab has ended.  The next pilot group will begin training in February 2008.  During the months of December and January the SAC ITIC will be holding demonstrations of the BB Vista Learning Environment.  These demonstrations are open to all faculty members who would like to take a look at the Blackboard Vista environment.  There is limited seating in the lab and those that register ahead of time will receive priority.

BB Vista Fast - Track

• This option is for faculty who are already SAC Internet Cerified and qualify to teach an Internet or blended course.  More specifically the fast-track certification is for faculty who have completed one of the following certifications:
  1. Internet Course Developer
  2. Internet Course Instructor

  * This includes all current WebCT professors.

Internet Certification Full - Track (Includes BB Vista Fast - Track)

• This option is for faculty who are not already SAC Internet Certified to teach an Internet or blended course.  All new Internet faculty will need to take this track.
