Purpose of the San Antonio College eSurvey

• Student surveys of faculty and courses will be used primarily to improve    
  instruction.  The faculty member requests the students' honest opinion.

• Beginning with fall 2004, faculty may access their own eSurvey data.
           
  • If the date for the eSurvey has not yet closed, the faculty member will
    only be able to see the percentage of your students who have taken
    the eSurvey.
             
  • After the eSurvey is closed, the faculty member will be able to see the
    students' anonymous evaluation and comments.
           
•     eSurvey passwords and data are securely encrypted.
