eSurvey Login

     eSurvey Student ID:

             Your eSurvey Student ID is the same as your ePortal user ID.

            If you DO NOT know your ePortal User ID, Click here to get it.
            (
If you get an error that says "No server available System unavailable,"
          
  try again during regular business hours.  Some times the server is shut
            down for maintenance.)

     Example User Name:   
     If your name was John Doe, the eSurvey student ID might be - jdoe43 

    IMPORTANT:
    When you get your ePortal User ID, do NOT go to ePortal to take the eSurvey.

          Go the the following web site to log in. http://esurvey2.accd.edu/sac

     eSurvey Password:

             Your eSurvey password is the same as your “ORIGINAL” ePortal password.
             If you have changed your ePortal password to something new, DO NOT use
             the new
password, use the “ORIGINAL” password, one that is made up of:

             The first two letters of your last name in UPPER case letters followed by
             the last six digits of your social security number.

            Example:
           
If your last name is Doe and your SS# is 555-44-3333,
            your original eportal password would be  - DO443333

     eSurvey Login Screen:

             Below is the login screen you will see to loin to the SAC eSurvey site.
             http://esurvey2.accd.edu/sac

After logging into eSurvey

             After you log into eSurvey, you should see a menu item that says
             
Student Surveys as shown below. Click on this link to evaluate a course.

After logging in, the screen you see with "Student Surveys" link on the menu.

             Click on the small arrow beside Select one…to choose a course to evaluate.
             Click the arrow, and careful select the CORRECT   CLASS you want to evaluate.
             Check the course number before you submit your answers.

            You should see all of your on-line classes listed in the drop down box as shown below.

  It may take a minute or so for the next screen to load.

            After you select the class, press the "Continue" button below it as show below,
            and it should take you to your eSurvey.

Before Pressing the Submit Button

            After answering the eSurvey questions, be sure to PLEASE VERIFY that you have
            evaluated the CORRECT CLASS, the class that is listed on the survey, and
            press the “submit” button at the end of the survey
.

If You Experience Difficulty with eSurvey

            If you experience difficulty with eSurvey, try one of the following.

            1.  Delete your Cookies and then try accessing eSurvey again.

                         a.  In Netscape Browsers to delete the "Cookies" do the following:
                                      - Go to "Tools,"
                                      - "Cookie Manager,"
                                      - Manage Stored Cookies
                                      - Remove All Cookies
                                      - Click "OK
."

                         b.  In Internet Explorer Browsers to delete the "Cookies" do the following:
                                      - Go to "Tools,"
                                      - "Internet Options ,"
                                      - Under the "General Tab"
                                      - Click "Delete Cookies."
                                      - Click "OK
."

            2.  If you have a personal firewall, please disable it, and try taking the eSurvey.

            3.  If you still experience trouble logging into eSurvey, call the ACCD Support Central at
                 210-20-1616. when you hear the voice mail, press the #1 on your telephone key pad.        

            4.  If you do not receive a response to your request for help, contact Charlotte Wolf at
               cwolf@accd.edu or 210-269-2078.
