Internet courses are an alternate way for a student to take a course as opposed to attending classes in a classroom on a college campus. All course materials and interactions will take place by way of a computer connected to the World Wide Web. To succeed in an Internet Course, you must be very self-disciplined, highly motivated, and already have the necessary technical skills, services, and equipment. If you have a habit of procrastinating or if you must have someone to remind you to complete your assignments, an Internet Course is probably not right for you. Internet courses are not right for everyone! To find out if you are a good prospect for an Internet Course, click here to take the self-assessment. After you score this assessment, consider whether you should enroll in and Internet Course or a course on campus. |
