Responsible for overseeing operation of the department with two programs and six budgets, bookkeeping for student publications, recording advertising insertion orders and overseeing circulation manager and work study students.
She processes purchase orders and works with district offices, and she answers calls about courses in the department.
"Miz Alicia" maintains stability in an otherwise hectic environment.
