Print the Fee Schedule (in PDF Format) Fees for the Koehler Cultural Center are based on the number of guests and the number of hours of the event, with a 3 hour minimum and 6 hour maximum use time.
Koehler Cultural Center does not accommodate groups over 200. The above rates include:
An additional fee may be assessed by Koehler Cultural Center personnel for an extensive furniture set-up and take down of rental furniture for any event. This charge will be based on any additional personnel required. The applicant may be charged an additional fee when the number of guests greatly exceeds the number stated on the contract. A $200.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required for the use of the Koehler Cultural Center. The amount will be deposited in the Koehler account upon receipt. Inspection of the building will take place immediately following the event by Koehler Cultural Center personnel. Any damage done to the building or its contents by the applicant or his/her guests will be deducted from the $200.00. A charge of $100.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit when a guest/child sets off the a pull station causing the fire alarm to go off. This fee will cover the fine charged by the fire department for a false alarm visit. The difference will be returned to the applicant through the Alamo Community College District within two to four weeks of the event. The Koehler Cultural Center is available for portraits and rehearsals at the basic charge of $50.00 (maximum two hour use time). Groups leasing the facility and not affiliated with San Antonio College or the Alamo Community College District are prohibited from collecting any fees and/or selling tickets for fund-raising purposes unless approved by the College President. A portion of the proceeds may be required for payment of personnel hired to work during the event and maintenance of the house. Groups or organizations affiliated with the College District require approval from the College President prior to engaging in any fund-raising activity on the college campus. Additional services which do not appear in this policy may be requested, and appropriate fees will be assessed as authorized by Koehler Cultural Center personnel.
