  • Walk San Antonio
    Check in each month at your Monthly Check In Site you will receive a FREE BMI (Body Mass Index) Reading. All walkers that meet the minimum required 360 monthly minutes (30 minutes, 5 times a week, for four weeks) will receive the incentive item of the month. Incentive items include water bottles, and other fun stuff!

  • Weight Loss
    About.Com's Jennifer R. Scott combs the Web for all of the best weight loss sites and information.

  • Weight Loss and Control
    National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases has links to weight loss and control topics.

  • Weight Watchers
