CIRCULATION - MORRISON COLLECTION
(FOURTH FLOOR)

The Morrison Collection is for research only. No materials may be removed from the Baskin Suite. The stack area is closed at all times. A separate card catalog for the Morrison Collection will be maintained. There are two existing keys to the Morrison Collection Room. The two keys will be held by the Chairman of Learning Resources and the Chairman's designated agent.

Researchers, i.e. faculty members, graduate students and advanced scholars, or SAC students who have unique research needs are required to show identification before making applications to use the collection. Two references are required. Applications from SAC faculty need to be signed by the Department Chairman. Approval of applications is not guaranteed. A citation to the Morrison Collection must be made for any subsequent publication. Researchers are encouraged to donate such publications to the Morrison Collection.

Rules and Regulations

Once the application has been approved and the researcher has signed the user's agreement, the following rules must be observed:

  1. The collection may be made available by prior arrangement between the hours of 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, while classes are in session.
  2. A researcher must sign in and out of the Baskin Suite each day that materials are used.
  3. Briefcases, purses, and other personal belongings MAY NOT be taken to the Baskin Suite, but must be left in the locker provided.

  7. Researchers are cautioned not to exert pressure on material be resting an arm on a document, page, map, print or photograph, or by writing notes on paper or cards placed on top of the research material.
