Library Instruction Requests


  • The instructor (or a qualified substitute) must accompany the class during the library instruction.
  • Instruction sessions are taught by appointment and may be scheduled for any regular class meeting time. Classes meet in MLC 229 and 230.
  • Call 486-0554, stop by the Reference Desk ( 2nd floor of the Moody Learning Center ), or complete the online request form below to schedule your class.

  • All starred [ ** ] items must be completed in order to successfully transmit this form. If you do not have email, please type the following address in the E-mail box: smyers@alamo.edu
  • During the Fall and Spring semesters, online requests must be submitted 5 working days prior to the date requested.
  • During the Summer semesters, online requests must be submitted a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date requested.
  • Submit a separate form for each course.
  • You will receive confirmation within 3 working days of submitting your request.
  • This form may be submitted online, or printed and dropped off at the Reference Desk.
