True Value of an instant ticket per $1 of the cost of the ticket
Most Instant Tickets have an initial TRUE Value per $1 of between 60 and 73 cents.
The TRUE Value changes as tickets are sold and prizes are claimed.  The number
of tickets claimed is updated as of every Saturday but is posted Monday afternoon.
Our calculations are based on information available at txlottery.org.  We must assume
that no winning tickets have been sold other than those already claimed (even though
we know that's not true).  We also must assume that LOSING tickets are sold in the
exact same percentage as Winning tickets and Break-even tickets.
