AV EQUIPMENT CIRCULATION

Various types of audiovisual equipment are available for classroom or other instructional use. These materials can either be delivered to a specific on-campus location or be picked up by the faculty member. More information on AV services policies can be found at: AV Unit Policies

To schedule, or not sure what your AV needs are, call 486-0586 or stop by MLC 419. 24-hour advanced notice is required to reserve your audio visual equipment. The following information is needed to schedule classroom use of audiovisual equipment:

• Instructor's name & phone number
• Department / Class
• Event date & time
• Building / room number
• Equipment needed

Although the Rolling Multimedia Units are network ready, the classrooms in which they are to be used must have active data connections before internet resources may be accessed. To inquire about available network connections in a classroom, contact the SAC help desk at 486-0777.

Duplication Services
Duplication of copyright protected materials is not permitted, unless a letter of permission from the copyright holder is provided to Media Services; or, due to time constraints, duplication for educational purposes must comply with copyright laws.

Listening / Viewing Area
Stations and equipment are available for students to view videotapes and DVD's, or listen to music CD's.

Flip Charts & Easels
Flip charts and easels can be loaned for meetings, programs, or classroom use. Although there is no charge for paper used, markers are not provided.
