Classroom / TV Studio Recording
CLASSROOM RECORDING
Recording a classroom lecture or studio production can also be
an important tool for learning. It can allow a student to review
the materials presented or it may be given to a student who missed
a lecture or a special presentation. Our media technicians are
available to record your classroom lectures, guest speakers, or
student programs. To schedule a campus recording session, call
(210) 733-2501 or stop by our facility in MLC 624. Please provide
the following information:
- Contact person & phone number
- Date / Time of event
- Location
- Brief description of activity
- Department account number
TV STUDIO RECORDING
A state-of-the-art TV studio is available for student presentations,
products demos, interviews, lectures, classes, etc. The studio
is equipped with three broadcast quality cameras, a control room,
stage props, and classroom seating. All talents must sign a release
form before recording session. There is no charge for the use
of the studio. Clients may bring their videotape, DVD or purchase
one from the EMC. Appointments are made on a first come, first
served basis. Remember to schedule your TV recording session at
least two weeks in advance.
