PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICE

U.S. citizens planning to enter or re-enter the United States from Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, and Bermuda may apply for the new U.S. Passport Card beginning February 1, 2008.

Citizens traveling to other destinations must have a traditional passport book. For information about the traditional passport book visit: http://travel.state.gov

Faculty, staff and students may have their digitized color passport photos made for $6.50 in the Media Services Department Photography Studio in Moody Learning Center room 425 by Leonard Ziegler, our campus photographer.


The $6.50 is for the photos only. The application fee for the passport card is an additional cost you must pay.

Photo Process:

(1) Call Leonard Ziegler at 486-0595 to schedule an appointment. Photography Studio hours are 9 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday.

(2) Go to the Student Multimedia Lab (SML), MLC room 412, pay the $6.50 in cash, and obtain your paid receipt.

SML hours are: Monday – Thursday 7 am – 5 pm,
Friday 7 am – 4 pm

(3) On day and time of your appointment, take your paid receipt to Leonard in the Photography Studio in MLC 425.

(4) Pick up your passport pictures from Leonard.

Go to the U.S. passport card website: http://travel.state.gov/passport/ppt_card/ppt_card_3926.html

Print, complete, include photos, include their application fee , and mail to the appropriate address.
