How much does it cost?

See the tuition chart on the ACCD web site, http://www.accd.edu/main/html/about.htm#tuition .
For in state, in district (in Bexar County) students, the cost is about $3916.00 for the entire 66 credit hour, 2-year degree program.
For in state, out of district students, the cost is about $6820.00 for the entire 66 credit hour, 2-year degree program.
For out of state or international students, the cost is about $12,628.00.

Is there a high demand for Funeral Directors and Embalmers?
At present there is a high demand for Funeral Directors and Embalmers in Texas. About 1/3 of the potential need is currently unfilled. The demand is expected to grow in the future.

What does a beginning Funeral Director make?
It depends on the region and other variables. A ballpark figure is about $25-30,000 per year.

What is the pass rate for the National Board Exam?
In 2007, 11 out of 15 students taking the National Board Exam passed it. (ABFSE figures:)
