ALL online courses are provided in Blackboard Vista format.
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree Program at San Antonio College is accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education (ABFSE), located at 3432 Ashland Ave., Suite U, St. Joseph, Missouri 64506. Membership is maintained in the University Mortuary Science Education Association. Students achieving the standards for the curriculum are conferred the AAS Degree in Mortuary Science by the college and are eligible for examination by the Texas Funeral Service Commission (TFSC) and the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards (ICFSEB) and provisional licensure registration.
• This course utilizes Blackboard Vista--a Web based set of course tools designed to deliver online learning. Blackboard Vista will deliver the entire course to you including a course calendar, assignments, and online exams.
Getting Started?
The Blackboard Vista system is not directly accessible via PALS so you will need to access this course through a separate login page. Log onto Blackboard Vista; all correspondence will be sent through the system. If you have any problems, contact the Helpdesk at (210) 220-1616 or (866) 401-8071.
