Edlyn de Oliveira was a prize-winner at the George London Foundation Competition in 1999 and in Placido Domingo's Operalia Contest she was a semi-finalist. She has participated in master classes with such distinguished artists as Deborah Voigt, Patricia Racette, John Corigliano, James King, and Daniel Ferro. Ms. de Oliveira's 2006-07 season included performances of Mimi in La bohème and Micaëla in Carmen, both with Knoxville Opera. Also with Knoxville Opera, she performed in a Mozart Gala, and sang Violetta in La traviata and Musetta in La bohème with ProCantus Lyric Opera in Texas.
Ms. de Oliveira teaches Private Voice.
