    Mr. Zaiontz joined the nursing faculty in 1999.   He received his B.S.N from Incarnate Word College and his M.S.N in medical & surgical nursing & education from University of Texas Health Science  Center in San Antonio.  His clinical experience includes intensive care, emergency room and med-surg nursing.  He has experience as a case manager and wound care specialist.  He maintains membership in Sigma Theta Tau International.
