San Antonio College student Johanna Valenta, Miss Deaf Texas, will give a free preview of her upcoming appearance at the Miss Deaf America Pageant. The pre-pageant event will be held Friday, June 16, 7 - 9 p.m., at McAllister Auditorium.
The event will include a preview of Ms. Valenta's platform speech and the outfits she will wear at the Miss Deaf American Pageant on July 3 at the Desert Springs-J.W. Marriott Resort in Palm Desert, Calif.
