The San Antonio College Computer Information Systems Department will join the San Antonio Linux Users Groups and
X-otic Computer Systems of San Antonio to co-host the Summer 2006 GNU/Linux/BSD Open Source Fest at the ACCD Advanced Technology Center at Kelly USA July 12-15. The event is free and open to the public.
The Open Source Fest is a celebration of freely available computing technologies. Classes and demonstrations will be held on a variety of topics, including business, scientific and recreational uses of Linux, BSD Unix, Apache and similar software.
