The San Antonio College Continuing Education Training Network has partnered with Development Dimensions International (DDI) to offer leadership, workforce and customer training programs to local companies.  DDI is a human resource consulting firm that is widely recognized for leadership and management training programs to improve employee performance. 

       

"This collaboration gives the San Antonio business community access to programs that they otherwise would have to provide as in-house training or by hiring DDI trainers to travel to their site," said Joanna Grogan, Director of the Center for Professional Development.
    

She added that the SAC Continuing Education Training Network will be offering training programs such as Essentials of Leadership, a foundation course that teaches leaders how to get results through people by acquiring a set of proven interaction skills, discovering the seven Leadership Imperatives to meet today's challenges, and realizing the leader's role as a catalyst who inspires others to act.

       

There are training options available for leaders in health care environments, as well as Service Plus to help service providers create loyal costumers by providing exceptional service.
