The community is invited to a free Education Fair, geared to assist people who are interested in attending college. Representatives from San Antonio College, St. Philip's College, and Palo Alto College will host the event at the Ferrari Community Family Resource & Learning Center (107 Rampart St., just south of North Star Mall) on Saturday, March 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
"The Education Fair is for the community at large, and City of San Antonio employees are particularly encouraged to attend," said Sara Samano, Counselor and Associate Professor at San Antonio College.
She added that the Education Fair will include one-on-one counseling as well as assistance with admissions, financial aid, registration, GED, English as a Second Language, and much more.
In addition, there will be door prizes, snacks, refreshments, free books, and face painting for children.
