Information sessions are being offered about becoming a Texas Certified Public School Teacher through the Teacher Certification Program at San Antonio College's Center for Educator Preparation.

       

The sessions will be held 2:30 p.m. in the Longwith Radio, Television, and Film (LRTF) Building (corner of Main and Courtland), Room 101, on the following Wednesdays:  October 10, October 17, and October 24.

"The San Antonio College Center for Educator Preparation is seeking dynamic individuals eager to fill the need by becoming effective classroom teachers," said Mona Aldana-Ramirez, Program Coordinator.
       

She added that a Bachelor's degree is required to begin the fast-track to teacher certification in Science, Math and Elementary Generalist.
