What:
• San Antonio College will host an Education Fair, which will be free and open to anyone interested in pursuing a college education for themselves and/or family members.

• Colleges represented will include San Antonio College, St. Philip’s College, Our Lady of the Lake University, St. Mary’s University, Incarnate Word University, University of Texas at San Antonio, Concordia University, University of Phoenix, and Texas A&M University.

• Also present will be representatives from the City of San Antonio's Office for Community Initiatives, the San Antonio Education Partnership, the San Antonio College’s Women’s Center, and the Mobile Go Center -- funded by AT&T to bring college-related information, motivation and assistance to students and their families.
 
• Information will be available concerning the ACCD’s Employee Tuition Assistance Program (ETAP) and the Office of Community Initiative's Individual Development Account (IDA) program, which is a match savings program for people with limited income to help them attain long-term assets, including a college education.  Attendees can also register for college classes at the fair.
