| WHAT Annual Norma L. Ziegler Award and Scholarship Ceremony Presented by San Antonio College Early Childhood Studies to students majoring in Child Development and enrolled in the training program that can lead to immediate employment. The awards are presented each year during National Week of the Young Child. Sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), activities during the week focus public attention on the rights and needs of young children, furthering the NAEYC mission to improve the quality of Early Childhood Education for children and their families.
